Our Story

LOVE ALL.

We are a Minnesota based mother daughter trio spreading love on and beyond the tennis court.

Proceeds from every purchase benefit our partnership with Africa based organizations promoting youth development through the sport of tennis.

To date we have sent 250+ Love All shirts and 20+ pairs of sneakers to young athletes in Africa!

History.

I left a small piece of my heart in Africa after spending five months living in South Africa in 2008. The people, the places, the natural beauty. From attending school at Univeristy of Cape Town to teaching children in the townships, there is rarely a month that goes by that I don’t think of the kids I worked with there. For 15 years I've yearned to reconnect with the place that has remained a special part of my life story.

A decade and a half has flown by. First came marriage, then three beautiful babies, now children who are growing up at warp speed. Fast forward to 2020 when we found ourselves with a shut down world and two unpopulated tennis courts just a stones throw away. With an empty calendar, my daughter began tennis lessons with a neighborhood coach and I followed closely behind with a fun group of neighborhood moms. Today, much of our life is now filled with this wonderful lifelong sport.

As I log many hours courtside, it is impossible to not feel grateful for the privileges my children have been afforded. The ability to try new sports, size up in equipment and have access to coaching to improve upon the things they love. This is not the same reality for so many youth in our world. My priority as a mother is to raise kind, caring and compassionate human beings. As we navigate our life of athletics my hope is for them to also understand there is perspective in everything.

Our great big beautiful world is so varied and can also be so small. Technology enables us to connect in just a few touches on a screen. What started as a fact finding mission in 2023, led to a meaningful partnership with Tennis for All Uganda, a wonderful organization in Africa that is empowering children in their community through the sport of tennis.

After speaking with its founder and sharing our conversation with my daughters, my eldest piped up-  “mom? maybe we could make tie-dye shirts for the girls there and send them so they have something colorful to wear?” Just like that, my stars aligned and Love All was born.

We hope you'll join us on our mission of kids helping kids. Every hat sold helps us spread love on the court and beyond!
